Burrito with Isadora Refried Beans and Pork in Green Sauce
ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
1 cup white onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup chorizo ranchero
1 tablespoon oil
2 tazas de repollo blanco picado finamente
1 taza de chorizo ranchero
1 cucharada de aceite de cocina
2 tazas de repollo blanco picado finamente
2 cups white cabbage, finely chopped
4 tazas de agua
Sal de mar
4 jitomates para asar
1 package Isadora refried bayo beans
1 package Isadora pork in green sauce
5 large flour tortillas (burrito style)
1 cup shredded manchego cheese
Guacamole, for serving
PREPARATION
- In a skillet, heat the refried beans. In a separate skillet, warm the pork in green sauce. Set both aside.
- Lightly heat the flour tortillas to make them pliable. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, followed by pork in green sauce and shredded cheese. Roll up tightly to form burritos.
- Toast the burritos on a griddle until golden brown. Serve with guacamole on the side.
