Beans dip
Try this beans dip for any home emergency.
ingredients
2 cups peruano bean, Verde Valle®
3 cups water
1 garlic clove
¼ onion
2 tablespoons oil
2 chipotles, marinade
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
Salt to your liking
PREPARATION
HEAT water, garlic and onion in a press cooker, let it boil and add beans, cover and cook for 35 minutes. HEAT oil in the frying pan, add the onion and fry until it gets lightly brown, add beans and a little of soup, season and let it cook for a few minutes. TAKE AWAY from heat, grind with the two chipotles. PLACE in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
