FOR THE SALT OF CHILE PASILLA

50g "chiles pasilla", Verde Valle, deveined, cleaned, disinfected, lightly roasted

1 tablespoon salt

1 pack Red Bell Pepper Hummus, Helena’s

½ cup feta cheese, cubed

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Pepper, to taste

Olive oil, as needed

Pita bread

Mint leaves, for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the pita bread into triangles and toast on a hot grill.
  2. Open the pack of hummus and spoon it onto a serving plate. Top with feta cubes and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with the toasted pita bread. Enjoy.
