1 kg peruano bean Verde Valle®

1 garlic clove

1 tablespoon salt

700 g pork leg, chopped into small pieces

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion finely chopped

2 pieces pork chorizo, shreded

½ kg smoked pork, chopped in small pieces

2 thick ham slices, chopped in squares

2 cups tomato pureé

1 can pepper, drained and chopped

Salt and pepper

1 container Helena’s Classic Natural Hummus

1 loaf sourdough bread, sliced

2 tablespoons melted butter

8 slices turkey breast

1 avocado, thinly sliced

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

2 fresh pickles, sliced

1 round tomato, sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Open the hummus container, transfer to a bowl, and stir until smooth and spreadable. Set aside.
  2. Toast the sourdough slices on a grill or skillet with melted butter until golden on both sides.
  3. To assemble, spread hummus on both slices of bread. Layer with turkey breast, tomato, pickles, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts. Top with the second slice of bread. Serve immediately.
