Stoma and potatoes with rice soup.
Prepare this restful soup, will cheer up all of your guests.
ingredients
1 cup Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
1 ½ lt chicken soup
3 tablespoons oil
1 stoma, sliced
3 potatoes , peeled and cut into pieces
½ parsley bunch, finely chopped
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to your liking
PREPARATION
HEAT oil in a pot, fry stoma until it changes its color and gets soft. ADD the potatoes and fry a few minutes more, then the rice and fry for other minutes. POUR chicken soup, when it begins to boil, reduce heat, cover and wait until rice gets cooked and potatoes get soft. CHECK season, if it is necessary add a little bit of salt and pepper, before serving add parsley and parmesan cheese.
