Rice with apples

ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups water
½ cup cream
½ cup Cotija cheese, grated
2 green apples with skin, chopped in cubes
Sea salt as much as you wish
PREPARATION
HEAT in a frying pan oil and butter to fry rice for 1 minute. Then, add onion and garlic to fry and then water. INTEGRATE salt in the middle of cooking, cream and 2 minutes later apple cubes. ADD cotija cheese when the rice liquid has been consumed. SERVE immediately.
