Vanilla rice with almonds and cranberries pudding

ingredients
½ cup Morelos rice Verde Valle®
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup dried cranberries Verde Valle®, chopped
¼ cup almonds Verde Valle®, cut into 2 pieces, toasted
½ vanilla pod
2 ½ cups milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
PREPARATION
POUR milk in a pot with the scraped vanilla pod until it begins to boil. MELT butter in another pot over medium heat, add rice until it integrates, continue adding the hot milk with sugar, reduce heat and cover. CONTINUE moving and let it until it gets creamy and cooked ADD cranberries SERVE with the toasted almonds.
