Rice rosca stuffed with tuna and peppers
Ideal for reunions, this rice rosca is really delicious!
ingredients
1 ½ cups Morelos rice Verde Valle®
2 tuna fish cans, drained
2 pepper cans, drained
3 tablespoons, cream, salt and pepper to your liking
PREPARATION
PREPARE rice following the instructions in the package, meanwhile you can do the stuffing, blendind cream, pepper, salt and pepper, until it gets mashed. POUR in a bowl, add drained tuna fish, moving until it integrates. BASTE a rosca bowl, place 1/3 of it of rice, pressing to the bottom and then cover it with the tuna stuffing forming another layer, also press to the bottom and finally put another layer of rice. TAKE OUT of the container and serve immediately.
