Lentils with mixed vegetables
Lentils with mixed vegetables, at any time. Follow this simple recipe!
ingredients
250 g Lentils, Verde Valle®
1 tablespoon chicken soup powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 sotmar, sliced
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper
1 carrot, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons oil
¼ onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon salt
PREPARATION
PUT lentils in a pot and cover them with water, add garlic, onion and salt, let it cook until they get soft. MEANWHILE in another pot, fry stoma with oil, when it looks transparent add carrot, tomato and peppers. When lentils have been cooked add the vegetables pot with its soup. ADD chicken soup and bay leaves, let it boil for 10 minutes over low heat. SERVE hot.
