Vegan lentils hamburger with yogurt sauce
This vegan hamburger complemented with lentils is a basic recipe and so simple to prepare. Healthy and so delicious!
ingredients
1 package lentils, Verde Valle®, cooked and drained
½ cup super extra rice, Verde Valle®
½ cup almonds, Verde Valle®
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, mashed
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 ¼ cup vegetables soup
Salt and pepper to your liking
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 hamburger brown breads
4 lettuce leaves
Dressing
½ cup natural yogurt
¼ cup cliantro, chopped
PREPARATION
HEAT oil in a pot, fry onion and garlic until they look transparent, add rice and curry, move until everything integrates. Add soup, salt and pepper, once it boils, reduce heat and cover. Let the soup get absorbed and rice cooked. Pass it to a bowl and let it cool. INTRODUCE almonds in the oven until they get browned. Grind or chop. Add rice. BLEND lentils with lemon juice. Add rice. Season with salt and pepper. FORM 4 hamburgers, cover and refrigerate. Settle all night. In a frying pan put a little of oil, fry hamburgers until they get browned and cooked in the indside. Dressing MIX ingredients. Place the hamburger in brown bread a lettuce leave and a dressing tablespoon.
