Rendidos beans
Delicious recipe with beans, light and healthy for your family and friends
ingredients
3 cups black bean, Verde Valle®, cooked
5 "Chiles anchos" Verde Valle®, without seeds
2 garlic cloves
½ onion
1 pinch cummin
2 odor cloves
1 pinch marjoram
1 branch fresh oregano
2 tablespoons butter
PREPARATION
MASH beans and keep. SOAK 4 “chiles” in boiling water until they get soft. BLEND with garlic, onion, and spices. Strain the sauce. HEAT a butter tablespoon in a frying pan; when it is hot add the sauce, fry for a few minutes and add the mashed beans. Cook over low heat until they get very dry. CHOP in cubes the rest of the “chile ancho” and fry in oil for some minutes. Take it away. SERVE beans on a bowl and decorate with “chile ancho” pieces. You can serve it also with tortilla chips.
