Rice pudding with spices

ingredients
150 g Morelos rice Verde Valle®
2 teaspoons hibiscus tea, made with Hibiscus Verde Valle®
1 can evaporated milk
300 ml milk
100 g brown sugar
½ teaspoon clove powder
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon nut
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
40 g butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
PREPARATION
COOK rice with spices in water until it gets soft, when this happens, pour the different milks in the pot, heat them over medium heat. Add sugar moving until it dissolves. ADD the rice and hibiscus tea; boil over medium heat, moving until it gets dense. ADD butter and when it melts take away from heat. MIX, serve and sprinkle cinnamon.
