ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
4 cups chicken soup
1 tablespoon oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon parsley, fresh and chopped
2 onions (cambray), sliced
PREPARATION
HEAT oil in a thick bottom pot, fry onions for some minutes, add rice with the chicken soup, once it is boling, cover it. Reduce heat and keep until the liquid is absorbed. ADD salt and parsley MIX with a fork so it can become fluffy and it doesn´t break. SERVE it hot.
