Barbacoa Salpicón
ingredients
1 cup flor de mayo bean, Verde Valle®
3 cups bean soup
2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
½ k dough
2 epazote branches
2 "Chiles de árbol", Verde Valle®, dried
2 tablespoon pork butter
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to your liking
1 pouch of Isadora Barbacoa
1 package of corn tostadas
1 cucumber
½ cup diced radish
3 serrano chiles
½ red onion, chopped
300 g fresh cheese, cubed
½ head of lettuce, chopped
1 avocado
Lime juice
Dried oregano to taste
Fresh cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Open the pouch of barbacoa and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- In a large bowl, mix the barbacoa with the cucumber (diced), radish, serrano chiles, onion, cheese, lettuce, and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Serve with corn tostadas and garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices.
