1 cup flor de mayo bean, Verde Valle®

3 cups bean soup

2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons chicken soup powder

½ k dough

2 epazote branches

2 "Chiles de árbol", Verde Valle®, dried

2 tablespoon pork butter

¼ cup water

2 tablespoons oil

Salt to your liking

1 pouch of Isadora Barbacoa

1 package of corn tostadas

1 cucumber

½ cup diced radish

3 serrano chiles

½ red onion, chopped

300 g fresh cheese, cubed

½ head of lettuce, chopped

1 avocado

Lime juice

Dried oregano to taste

Fresh cilantro to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Open the pouch of barbacoa and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the barbacoa with the cucumber (diced), radish, serrano chiles, onion, cheese, lettuce, and lime juice. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Serve with corn tostadas and garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices.
