Sushi Rolls
ingredients
4 portobellos grandes
¼ de taza de aceite de oliva
¼ de taza de vinagre balsámico
1 precooked tomato rice Verde Valle®
2 eggs
? cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch nutmeg
? cup flour
2 eggs, beated
1 cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to your liking
2 cups Verde Valle sushi rice
2 cups water
5 sheets nori seaweed
2 salmon fillets, cut into strips
2 avocados, sliced
1 block cream cheese
1 cucumber, cut into thin sticks
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
3 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION
- In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Verde Valle sushi rice, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Let cool, then stir in the sugar and oil. Fluff the rice with a spoon and set aside.
- On a bamboo mat, spread a layer of rice, then place a sheet of nori on top. Add cucumber sticks, cream cheese strips, salmon, and avocado slices.
- Roll up using the bamboo mat, pressing gently to form a tight roll. Remove the mat, top with avocado slices, and cut into individual sushi pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Enjoy.
