ingredients

500 g black bean, Verde Valle®

1 garlic clove

¼ onion

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons onion, chopped

1 cup white corn grains

2 "chiles poblanos", roasted and peeled

2 tablespoons chicken soup powder

PREPARATION

OVER high heat place a press cooker with half of water add garlic, onion, salt; cover and cook for 45 minutes. After this time take away from heat and let the pot cool, confirm that beans have been cooked completely. Keep. HEAT apart the oil and fry the onion, add corn grains and cook for 10 minutes, moving constantly so corn grains don´t stick. ADD rajas and fry them for a pair of minutes. ADD cooked beans with its soup, season with chicken soup powder, let it boil and turn it off when all flavors have been mixed; take away from heat and serve.
