Broad bean falafel
Enjoy all the nutrients of broad bean with this exquisite recipe. It's very easy to prepare!
ingredients
1 cup of Verde Valle® Chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked.
1 cup of Verde Valle® dried fava beans, soaked overnight and cooked
1 green onion, chopped
⅓ cup parsley, finely chopped
⅓ cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons water
PREPARATION
MIX all the ingredients, except water, in a food processor until mashed. ADD water and process again until you have a manageable dough, make pancakes with your hands and freeze for one hour. VARNISH with olive oil and bake at 200ºC until they get browned, serve immediately.
