Chickpea cookies

ingredients
½ cup chickpeas, Verde Valle®
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
50 g corn flour
125 g wheat flour
½ tablespoon baking powder
125 g butter
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon mashed meat
PREPARATION
PREHEAT the oven at 180ºC, cover a tray with a nonstick paper. BROWN lilghtly the chickpeas on a hot frying pan, grind them hot in a food processor until you get flour. BEAT butter in a bowl until it becomes fluffy. Add sugar and continue beating. Incorporate eggs, one by one until it gets creamy. SIFT in another bowl the chickpea flour, corn flour and wheat flour with the baking powder. Incorporate this to butter. TAKE little portions and form balls of the same size. Place them on the tray, separated one of each other. Bake until they get lightly browned from corners, approximately for 15 minutes.
