Creamy chickpeas with spinach

ingredients
1 ½ cup chickpeas, Verde Valle®, cooked
300 g spinach, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup evaporated milk
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
PREPARATION
HEAT oil and fry lightly your garlic, add spinach and cook for 8 minutes, add chickpeas, cooked and peeled, evaporated milk and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. BLEND half of the chickpeas mixture and add cream again. COOK for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Serve hot as garnish.
