Baked creamy rice with rajas
Surprise everyone with this perfect combination!
ingredients
500 gr. Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
5 lts. water
500 gr. cream
200 ml. milk
300 gr. manchego cheese
400 gr. poblano chillis, peeled and deveined
200 gr. corn kernels
1 cup coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
BOIL in a pan rice with the water until it gets cooked. Drain it and put aside. IN a bowl stir all the ingredients, except manchego cheese. PLACE rice in a baking mold and add manchego cheese on top. Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Serve. Note: This dish can be served at room temperature.
