Frijoles maneados
This combination of pinto beans is full of flavor and will be and excellent option for any ocassion with family and friends.
ingredients
3 cups Pinto beans Verde Valle®, cooked
6 cups bean soup
150 gr. bacon, chopped
2 pieces chorizo
150 gr. ham, in cubes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, in cubes
3 jalapeños
200 gr. pork rind, in pieces
Salt to taste

PREPARATION
FRY bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until it gets lightly browned. ADD chorizo and let it fry. In the same oil fry the onion until it turns transparent. Add jalapeño strips and tomatoes. COOK for 5 minutes over medium heat. HEAT bean soup in a pan. When it gets hot, add chorizo, bacon, ham, onion, jalapeños and tomatoes. Let everything cooking until the pork rind gets soft. Season with salt. SERVE immediately.
