Mayocoba bean dip
Spoil your guests with this mayocoba bean dip.
ingredients
1 ½ cups peruano bean, Verde Valle®
1 ½ ls water
1 teaspoon grain salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to your liking
A pinch of chili powder
4 Arabic breads
PREPARATION
WASH beans. Preferably soak it in water a night before. Put in a pot and cook it.Once it has been cooked add salt and let it over low heat until they get soft. DRAIN and let cool. CUT bread in triangles, place them on a tray and put in the oven at 180 ºC until they get browned on both sides. POUR beans in a food processor, add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and grind until it turns into purée. SERVE immediately.
