Pork and beans with chili
Try this beans full of flavor! If you are a bean fan, you will love them!
ingredients
2 cups bay beans, Verde Valle®, cooked
750 g pork shoulder , cut into square pieces
½ cup flour
2 teaspoons oil
½ onion finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped in cubes
1 "chile serrano" finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tomato can, cut into pieces
1 cup chicken soup
3 tablespoons chili powder
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
SEASON pork with salt and pepper, flour it and take away the excess of flour. Keep. HEAT oil in a pot, fry pork until it gets browned on all sides. When this happens, take away from the pot and keep. On the same pot fry onion, pepper, chili and garlic, fry until everything get soft, and put back the pork in the pot. ADD tomato, soup and chilli powder, season everything with salt, Let it boil until pork has been cooked. ADD beans and let cook until pork gets soft and sauce dense. Serve.
