Rice and curry

ingredients
1 cup Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
2 cups of water
1 chicken breast, without skin, boneless, in cubes
2 teaspoons curry powder
½ onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chicken soup
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
SEASON chicken cubes, reserve. Melt butter in a pot, add olive oil and fry the onion with the chicken cubes. ADD curry to the rice; stir and add water, parsley and chicken soup. Stir so the ingredients and flavors can integrate. COVER and cook over low fire until rice and chicken get dried and perfectly cooked, this can take 20 minutes approximately.
