Rice and parsley

ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
4 cups chicken soup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 little cambray onions, sliced to the green part.
PREPARATION
HEAT oil in a thick fond pot, fry onions for a few minutes, add rice with the chicken soup, once it begins to boil, cover and reduce heat, settle until the liquid absorbs. ADD salt and parsley. STIR with a fork son it can get fluffy and doesn´t break. SERVE immediately.
