Rice balls with parmesan cheese
Try this rice pancakes, perfect for any moment, too easy to prepare!
ingredients
2 cups Morelos rice Verde Valle®
4 cups of water
¾ de taza de harina de trigo
1 egg yolk
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Black pepper powder
Salt
Enough oil for frying
PREPARATION
COOK rice with water. Take it out and cool it. Stir the cooked rice with egg, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Take a spoon with the mixture made and form little pancakes. HEAT oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Fry pancakes on both sides until they get browned, 2 minutes per each approximately. Drain over absorbent paper towels. SERVE WITH tomato sauce.
