Rice with chorizo and cabbage
Prepare this easy recipe, every one will love it.
ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
1 cup white onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup chorizo ranchero
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups white cabbage, finely chopped
PREPARATION
ADD in a frying pan the chorizo to take grease off, if it takes too much, throw it before adding rice. FRY with onion and garlic, add 2 cups of cabbage. CHOP and add water, season with salt, it would be ready when liquid consumes. DECORATE with a half roasted tomato before serving.
