Rice with pea and cream

ingredients
2 cups Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
½ cup white onion
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups water
2 cups pea, fresh or frozen
1 cup peppermint or mint leaves
Sea salt, to taste
PREPARATION
FIRST add to a hot frying pan oil and butter with the rice; next, add onion and garlic. POUR water, and when half the liquid consumes, add peas and cream; season with salt. FINALLY, spread mint or peppermint leaves finely chopped on top of the rice. Serve hot.
