Vegetables regia
Try this vegetables regia, super healthy and full of flavor, your family will love it!
ingredients
¾ de cup Morelos rice Verde Valle®
½ medium onion, chopped
1 stoma, sliced
4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup green beans precooked
½ cup corn grains, precooked
2 eggs, cooked
2 cups chicken soup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon saffron crocus
Salt
PREPARATION
HEAT oil in a big pot, fry the onion and the stoma until they get transparent. ADD carrots, fry for a minute and add the rice and the chicken soup. ADD saffron crocus and season with salt, boil over low heat until rice gets cooked, if it is necessary add more chicken soup. ADD precooked vegetables and let them boil for 10 minutes. SERVE boiled eggs, cut into little pieces.
