White rice with mixed vegetables

1 cup Extra long grain rice Verde Valle®
2 tablespoons onion oil
¼ cup warm water
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons chicken soup
2 cups precooked vegetables
PREPARATION
HEAT oil and fry rice in a pan until grains get separated. BLEND onion with ½ cup of warm water and pour it in the pot with rice. When this liquid consumes, add the rest of the water and milk. SEASON with chicken soup powder and reduce heat, cover the pan and let it cook for 25 minutes. Passing this time add vegetables and cover it again. COOK for 5 more minutes or until the liquid has benn consumed and rice has completely been cooked. TURN OFF heat and settle other 5 minutes before serving.
