Hummus and Veggies Platter
ingredients
3 cups cheddar mashed potatoes, Verde Valle
2 egg, beaten
1 cup flour.
2 cups panko.
Frying oil.
Salt and pepper.
1 pouch of plain hummus
1 pouch of roasted pepper hummus
2 cucumbers, cut into sticks
3 carrots, cut into sticks
1 cup broccoli florets
Pita bread, cut into triangles
PREPARATION
- Place the pita triangles on a baking tray and toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden. Set aside.
- Pour the plain hummus into one bowl and the roasted pepper hummus into another.
- Arrange the cucumber sticks, carrot sticks, and broccoli florets on a plate. Serve with the pita chips and both hummus dips.
