Bean and jalapeño hummus

ingredients
1 ½ cups peruano bean, Verde Valle®, cooked
2 green jalapeños, grilled
¼ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, grilled
2 teaspoons cummin
Salt to your liking
2 tablespoons black olive, sliced
1 bunch cilantro
Páprika
Tortilla chips for serving
PREPARATION
ROAST in a hot plate the “chiles” until they turn black, put them in a food processor with cooked beans, the lemon juice, garlic, cummin, cilantro and 3 olive oil tablespoons. Season with salt. PROCESS and if you need it, add a little of bean soup to get a soft and creamy texture. SERVE on a plate decorated with black olives, cilantro leaves, paprika and a touch of olive oil. SERVE with tortilla chips.
