Black bean, corn and tostitos salad
Prepare a fresh snack with black bean, so healthy for your family and guests.
ingredients
1 ½ cup black bean, Verde Valle® whole and drained
1 cup corn grains, frozen
¼ cup red sauce
2 little cambray onions, sliced
4 cherry tomatoes, chopped in halves
Salt and pepper
2 heads roman lettuce, sliced
3 cups tostitos
1 avocado, chopped in cubes
¾ cup machego cheese, grated
PREPARATION
HEAT in a frying pan the bean, corn grains, and sauce over medium heat until it gets hot. TAKE AWAY from heat. ADD little onions and tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. PLACE the lettuce in a bowl with tostitos. DIVIDE in 4 the mixture of bean, avocado and cheese. SERVE immediately.
