Black bean spicy soup
A black bean soup, full of flavor to prepare at any moment.
ingredients
5 cups black bean, Verde Valle® whole with soup
250 g thick ham
1 tablespoon oil
1 purple onion, chopped
2 "chiles jalapeños", chopped
2 garlic cloves, mashed
1 teaspoon dry epazote
¼ cup fresh cilantro
Salt to your liking
PREPARATION
PUT in a pan some oil, fry ham until it gets browned. Take it away from heat and cut into cubes. REDUCE heat in the same pan, pour the rest of the oil and fry the onion moving constantly until it looks brown. ADD jalapeño, garlic and epazote. Cook for 2 more minutes. ADD bean until it boils for some minutes, season with salt. TAKE AWAY and let it cool, grind until you get a purée, if necessary add some bean soup DECORATE to serve on each plate with ham, cilantro leaves and chopped jalapeño.
