Bean and cheese soup
En excelent and simple soup, for everyone's palate.
ingredients
2 cups black bean, Verde Valle®, cooked
2 cups bean soup
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
Cheese cream
3 cups milk
1 cup manchego cheese, grated
90 g cream cheese
2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
1 teaspoon butter
PREPARATION
BLEND beans to do the bean cream with the soup and the chicken soup powder until it gets dense. HEAT oil in a pot, fry onion until it looks transparent and pour the blended bean. LET it boil for 10 minutes over low heat, moving constantly and keep. BLEND for the cheese cream, half of the milk with manchego cheese, cream cheese and chicken soup powder until it gets dense. HEAT butter in another pot, be careful and don´t burn it up. POUR cheese cream, reduce heat and let it boil until it gets dense, don´t let it stick to the pot. Take away from heat. SERVE both in the same plate.
