Bean Gorditas
The ideal lunch for those who love beans
ingredients
2 cups cooked, Verde Valle Black Beans
Chopped onion
2 Cups of Cornmeal
1 1/2 Cup of warm water
100 gr of sour cream
200 gr of grated fresh cheese
Salt to taste
PREPARATION
1. Mix the cornmeal with a pinch of salt 2. Gradually add the warm water to the cornmeal 3. Knead for 3 min, as you see a uniform consistency 4. Let stand 3 min 5. In a frying pan, place a little oil, with chopped onion to taste, fry for 2 min. 6. Add the 2 cups of Green Valley Black Beans already cooked and refrigerate. Let cool. 7. In a frying pan put oil to fry, let it heat for about 2 min. 8. Once the corn dough is ready, mix a ball with some beans refried previously cooked and cold. 8. Flatten it with your hands or a tortilla machine. 9.Previously heat the oil, place it carefully, leaving it for a few seconds until the dough is browned on both sides. 10. Once cooked, cut the edge a little to accompany it with cream and fresh cheese.
