Breaded fish with potatoes flakes
This fish complemented with potatoes flakes, turns into a healthy meal full of nutrients.
ingredients
6 fillets ( of white fish of the Nilo or Middle East white fish)
1 heaped cup mashed potatoes, Verde Valle.
Salt and pepper.
Paprika
1 cup flour.
2 beaten eggs.
PREPARATION
SEASON fillets with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each one with paprika. Dip them in flour and then in beaten eggs, start now with potatoes flakes. PLACE fillets into a pan covered with siliconized paper. BAKE 180ºC for 15 minutes or until fish is well cooked and lightly browned. SERVE hot with vegetable salad and white rice.
